Bell's Pond Community
Trillium is collaborating with the Columbia Land Conservancy, Columbia-Greene Habitat for Humanity, and Scenic Hudson on the Bell’s Pond Community Space. The project entails the creation of a new CLC conservation area with trails and habitat restoration and the development of about fifty homes by Habitat and Trillium.
We are currently in the planning phase; CLC is under contract on the site and hopes to close in early 2027 and Trillium will be working with Greenport in our planning phase. This is our dream project - building permanently affordable housing while conserving the natural resources and beauty of our area and creating community spaces.
