Trillium Community Land Trust is a non-profit organization that empowers community-based ownership of land for housing and related residential needs in Columbia County, NY.
Trillium CLT Goals
Increase the supply of permanently affordable housing for homeowners and renters
Promote community ownership and wealth building, especially for households historically denied wealth building opportunities
Provide effective and climate-friendly solutions for community housing needs
Recycle public subsidies and private donations between housing sales to help more households
