As members of the Columbia County community, we and our partners are working to address the needs for long-term housing affordability here in our backyards. Trillium Community Land Trust has grown over the past year from a working group to a full-fledged non-profit. As the year draws to a close, we want to thank everyone who has supported us and shown interest in our work. We are looking forward to 2025 being the year that we initiate our first pilot project to create permanently affordable housing in Columbia County.
Please consider donating to our end of year campaign. Our goal is to raise $10,000 before the end of the year. We will use these funds to continue our operations in 2025 and begin pre-development on our first permanently affordable housing project.
The donation of your land or property can help residents stay permanently housed. The IRS does recognize most charitable property donations as deductible gifts so most donations provide tax benefits.
Email us if you have land or buildings you would like to donate to the trust.
